The JobHub is a combined jobs portal and social network – You can register, upload a resume, complete a social profile, participate in a community and publish blogs.
Resumes and Jobs
To get started simply fill out the site registration form. This will set up your account.
Similarly you don’t have to upload a resume – If you only want to subscribe for news, participate in the forums or post blogs, you can complete only this section.
Click the ‘Profile’ menu, at the top right of the screen.
This will take you to the Profile Editor, where you can edit:
- Your profile picture.
- Profile information – Name, biography etc.
- Account settings – Turn notifications on/off etc.
- ‘Widget’ settings.
The widgets section is where you can customize your profile home page, adding blocks of content such as:
- Skills – List and rate your relevant job skills, such as Sales, Programming or other.
- Projects – Your portfolio of client projects undertaken.
Your profile info and picture are required for key activities like blogs, referenced alongside each article to showcase you.
The JobHub welcomes guest articles – It’s a great forum for promoting not just jobs but also the company brand of recruiters, resume writing service providers and so forth.
